Our mission is to foster a love for music among adults by providing an inclusive and enriching musical journey. We aim to cultivate both personal and community growth through our diverse range of ensembles and programs.
Lakeshore New Horizons Bands Mission Statement
The LNHB is dedicated to following the philosophy of the New Horizons International Music Association (NHIMA), by providing recreational music programs for adults.
Our programs are tailored to accommodate a wide range of skill levels for individuals that include:
- Experienced musicians
- Musicians looking to return to playing an instrument after a long absence
- Musicians who are starting to play an instrument for the first time.
In additiion, our programs provide members with performance opportunities within the local community.
The LNHB is a Not-for-Profit organization, dedicated to operating without seeking profits for its members. Any financial surpluses will be redirected to further the LNHB organization's objectives.
