This is our senior concert band with a focus on performing more challenging music pieces. Our selections are typically longer, featuring a wide range of instrumental and advanced techniques. Sectional rehearsals are scheduled as needed to prepare for concerts. Band performances are scheduled throughout the year, averaging resulting in 6 to 8 concerts annually.

The Intermediate Concert Band program is designed for those looking to improve their musical skills in a performing group environment. The instruction focuses on short pieces with a limited range of keys and time signatures. Sectional practices are organized as necessary to prepare for performances. Participants usually join after completing their first year in the band. Each session features concerts, with four to six performances scheduled annually.

Beginner Band
This band caters to those who are starting out playing a musical instrument. Progress will focus on advancing to the Intermediate Band at a future time. Instruction centers on Essential Elements Book 2 and basic band skills.

Our performing ensemble, Lakeshore Show Band, features members from the Senior Band. We are available to perform at seniors' residences, churches, and various special events.
